Persecuted Christians Forum –Toll Free Helpline: 1800 3090 777 (Emergency Services).
Persecuted Christian Forum – another major milestone: We have successfully secured: 1) a toll-free number, 2) society registration, 3) firm registration, 4) industry registration, 5) GST registration, 6) a website, and 7) a labor license.
What remains is: 8) Private Limited Company registration, 9) ESI & PF registration, 10) Legal Aid Agency, 11) RNI registration, 12) a mobile app, 13) an online Christian directory, 14) a free health & medical service agency, and 15) a security and maintenance services license.
1 – Why PCF? We have launched a multi-purpose helpline to provide robust services to the Christian community—addressing the “how, for whom, by whom, and when” aspects—covering areas such as:
1) Social services, 2) Government department-related services, 3) Constitutional protection services, 4) Political and governance-related services, 5) Human rights (including women’s, labor, and child rights), 6) Spiritual, Gospel proclamation, and outreach services, and 7) Services fostering unity among prayer fellowships and Christian organizations. These services are offered through a mix of free, low-cost, at-cost, and—depending on specific needs—premium-rate options.
2) In the past—both before and after India gained independence—the Christian community relied on “prayer helplines” at global, national, state, district, and denominational levels solely for spiritual intercession. Subsequently, as objections to evangelism arose and attacks on Christians, churches, and religious groups increased, organizations dedicated to addressing persecution—such as the United Christian Forum (UCF: 1800-208-4545), ADF, and Persecuted Relief (Helpline: 1800-1234-461)—launched emergency helplines. These organizations operated with necessary clearances, including FCRA registration, and received direct or indirect financial support from foreign-funded entities. However, their scope was limited to gathering information on attacks and providing victims with minimal legal aid, medical treatment, and financial assistance. Recently, due to the BJP central government’s FCRA regulations, these organizations have reached a point where they are effectively non-functional. Beyond the issue of attacks, no one has conceived the idea of establishing a toll-free number to facilitate access to government welfare schemes, social services, or general legal advice;
consequently, there has never been—nor is there likely to be in the future—a comprehensive helpline to provide the Christian community with guidance and advice on these various matters.
3- According to Christian beliefs, our religious organizations, churches, prayer halls, and denominations have traditionally limited themselves to providing only spiritual blessings to Christians.
None of the religious figures—such as pastors, bishops, evangelists, fathers, nuns, and other clergy—nor their families, took the initiative to address the social, physical, health, or educational issues faced by Christian believers, or to help resolve problems involving government officials. Regarding personal matters, they would simply offer prayers and encourage the individuals to handle the situations through their own efforts. While this approach has its merits…
4- At that time, Christian believers across all denominations—including Roman Catholic, Protestant, CSI, Baptist, Hebron, Pentecostal, Lutheran, Independent, and Star Line denominations, as well as Calvary Temple, JCNM, and other organizations—made no effort to resolve the personal problems faced by Christians. No platforms, advisory services, helplines, or toll-free numbers were established for this purpose. These religious organizations decided to restrict themselves to spiritual ministry within their established scope. This was due to several factors: adherence to Biblical teachings, political pressures, harassment by government officials, and other reasons. Consequently, such an initiative was never undertaken in our country, nor was the idea even seriously considered.
5- In the past, innocent Christian believers—including you and me, as well as pastors and bishops (even those from prominent denominations)—often had to rely on Hindus and non-Christians for personal and organizational needs; this practice continues to this day. However, there is now a pressing need to unite Christians serving in various capacities, sectors, and professions. We need to resolve our own issues internally—paying our own people for their services—and establish a dedicated service system.
6- While this may not have been as critical in the past, we currently face numerous instances across the country where anti-Christian officials, individuals, and organizations harass believers and ministers. Therefore, it is time to wake up and unite the diverse individuals, organizations, and professionals within our Christian community. To resolve our issues by relying on our own people—paying them fair service charges and ensuring our tasks are handled personally and reliably—we have decided to launch a toll-free number: 1800 3090 777.
7- This is a massive and noble undertaking. Operating amidst a fragmented Christian community—while enduring disputes, disagreements, accusations, ridicule, suspicions, and mockery—is an incredibly difficult task fraught with high costs and risks. Even for large denominations and corporate Christian organizations, such an initiative is often considered unthinkable or impossible.
Nevertheless, we have launched this effort with faith and prayer. Recognizing current needs and the dangers looming in the future, we are resolved to continue this mission. This toll-free service is particularly vital in the 13 Indian states where anti-conversion laws are currently in force; organizations relying on FCRA funding often find themselves unable to openly assist victims of anti-Christian attacks without violating legal regulations.
8- Therefore, rather than relying on prominent figures, we have established this multi-purpose toll-free helpline with the support of ordinary Christian youth, women, retirees, the unemployed, grassroots pastors, bishops from poor or middle-class backgrounds (both rural and urban), selfless Christian leaders, and a small circle of personal acquaintances. We earnestly appeal to you—in the love of the Lord—for your cooperation, financial support, and partnership, and we ask that you share information regarding your local areas with us. You can establish local units of the PCF organization in your respective mandals and districts—using either the name “PCF” alone or by prefixing “PCF” to local names (such as PCF Telangana, PCF Andhra Pradesh, PCF Uppal, PCF Hyderabad District, or PCF Mandal names). We aim to integrate these units with this toll-free number to create a unified connectivity network.
9- We invite individuals of the Christian faith from across India—spanning states, districts, divisions, constituencies, mandals, and villages—to provide nine types of services through this helpline. Depending on their preference and choice, we will engage them as permanent or temporary employees, volunteers, social workers, or business partners. We urge all Christian organizations to embrace the PCF toll-free number and these services as their own and to participate as actively as possible. Please feel free to share any shortcomings or objections with us; we will certainly address them and cooperate with you, welcoming your suggestions and requests.
10- This is a small beginning, but do not let it be the last; take this initiative from the village level up to the district level. Resolve to work on behalf of this organization—especially within our Telugu states—by sharing your details via the PCF toll-free number and registering your information on the PCF website. Your data remains secure and protected, as the system operates with robust security standards and the guidance of intellectuals and legal experts. We require volunteers across all villages in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to promote the PCF toll-free number using pamphlets, visiting cards, wall posters, flex banners, text messages, and WhatsApp groups, as well as to collect and submit necessary data. We urgently need Christian believers from all churches, castes, communities, and denominations; interested individuals should call immediately. Remuneration (salary and commission) will be based on your qualifications, interest, and the nature of the work. Work-from-home options are available; all you need is a computer, laptop, internet connection, and a mobile phone at home. Positions are available for part-time or full-time work, with options for both day and night shifts.Call or WhatsApp: In every mandal, the first three individuals to join the PCF will receive a new-model Bible worth Rs. 1,000 as a free gift after three months.9505251777.
